Stanley Picker Gallery- Art Meaning & Diagnosis: A Celebration of Neurodivergent Art

I am so excited and happy. to be involved with the Stanley Picker Gallery, in collaboration with Kingston School or Art and Your Healthcare CIC, for the exhibition ‘Art, Meaning & Diagnosis: A Celebration of Neurodivergent Art’!

This is special for me, as an AuDHDer, my approach to the process first attempted to fit into a neurotypical box, before going full Neurodiverse. Luckily for me, this is the perfect exhibition to do just that. I am so grateful to everyone involved for allowing me to show my work in this way and can’t wait to see the other works!

Where: Stanley Picker Gallery (on a little island on the Hogsmill river), Kingston University School of Art, Grange Road, Kingston Upon Thames, KT1 2QJ

When: Tuesday 8th April- Sunday 12th April 2025

Time: 11- 5pm

Accessibility:

  • Dedicated accessible parking is located right outside the Gallery

  • All public-spaces at the Gallery are ground floor and step-free

  • 1 toilet on the ground floor for all

  • Natural daylight with large windows in the exhibition room. There are also lights, high ceiling.

  • Noise is echo-y. I don’t think there is an enclosed quiet space there. There is a small space to the right as you walk in with chairs to sit down and it is an open space.
